01The missing half

A stock on chain is only half a stock.

Solana carries tokenized NVDA, SPY, AAPL, TSLA and more as xStocks. Each one is backed one-to-one by the real share held by Backed and tracks its price, and each one has a pool. You can trade it any hour of the day.

What it will not do is pay you for holding it. There is no dividend and no yield. Once you buy it, it just sits in your wallet and waits for the price to move.

Solana already has stocks that trade around the clock. What it does not have is a place where holding one earns anything. Flowe is that layer, for every ticker.

Your seed goes in exactly as it is. It is not swapped into something else, not lent out and not pledged as collateral. One seed, one plot, one season.

Sprout

Every plot moves through seed, sprout, bud and bloom.

Each stage is an observation. When the stage holds, the plot pays out in USDC. When it does not, it pays nothing and takes nothing, and the plot simply moves on.

Bud

Stages follow the official market closes, not a countdown we invented.

An observation lands on the close of the real exchange. Weekends and holidays do not count. You can check every stage against the public close yourself.

Stage 04 / 04

Bloom

Come back and water a plot, and it grows faster.

At bloom the season is complete. Harvest what the plot collected in USDC, or let it replant itself and start the next season from a bigger seed.

A payout is never minted and never borrowed from the next depositor. It follows one path, and every step of it is public.

04Water

Come back, and it grows faster.

Watering is how a gardener shows up. Water a plot between two market closes and it grows faster than a plot that was left alone.

Missing a visit is never punished. A dry plot keeps its seed and keeps its stage. It simply collects less than the plot next to it.

Take everything the plot collected in USDC straight to your wallet. The seed comes back whole, ready to plant again or to keep.

Replant puts the harvest back into the plot and starts a new season from a bigger seed. That is how a garden compounds.

Every flower is backed first.

The greenhouse is the vault of the protocol. It buys and holds the stock before any plot of that variety can open, and it is public from the first block.

Nothing on this site is a number we typed in. When the greenhouse is live, every holding is a token-account read on Solana, refreshed every minute.

A variety is a ticker, and every variety wears the colour of its stock. A variety opens for planting on the day the greenhouse holds that stock. USDC is the stable seed, and the purple flower is the Flowe token itself.

01Where does the yield come from?

From protocol fees and pool activity that already happened. Never from the company behind the stock, and never from new deposits paying old ones.

02What is the launch bonus?

The first 10,000 USDC of seeds planted get +50% on top, paid once a plot has seen all four closes. The team funds it up front into the vault and the program reserves every bonus the moment a plot joins, so it can never come out of anyone else's seed. A plot pulled early forgoes its bonus. It is a limited promotion, not a rate.

03Is a payout a dividend?

No. The company behind the stock pays Flowe nothing, and a Flowe payout is not a dividend. We never call it one.

04What happens when a stage does not hold?

That stage pays nothing. It also takes nothing: your seed stays whole, the plot keeps its place in the season and moves on to the next close.

05Can I lose my seed?

Flowe never pledges, lends or liquidates your seed, and you can pull it out whole at any stage. The stock token itself still moves with the market, so a position can lose value.

06What does watering do?

Watering is coming back between two closes. A watered plot grows faster than a dry one. Missing a visit is never punished; a dry plot just collects less.

07Why is there no APY?

Because a promised rate is a number we would control. Every figure Flowe shows is a token-account read on Solana, refreshed every minute, with a link to Solscan.

08When can I plant?

When the greenhouse program is deployed on Solana. Until then the app is a read-only preview of your garden, and it will never ask you to sign anything.

09Who can use Flowe?

Anyone outside the United States. Stock tokens on Solana are not available to US persons, and neither is Flowe.
